A Nkayi man is being sought by police for a murder case where he allegedly stabbed a 28-year-old man with a knife over an undisclosed argument at Fuze Mine in Matapa.
Police on Friday released a statement appealing for information that can help trace the accused, identified as Gamalithe Dlodlo of Nesigwe Village.
“Police in Inyathi are appealing for information which may lead to the arrest of Gamalithe Dlodlo alias Gama of Nesigwe Nkayi, who is being sought in connection with a case of murder in which the victim, Connet Mtimeni (28),” police said.
The suspected fugitive committed the crime last week.
” (Mtimeni) died on 28/01/23 after being stabbed with a knife once on the back following an argument over an unknown issue on 28/01/23 at Fuze Mine, Matapa.
“Anyone with information to report at any nearest Police Station.”
