Resident magistrate Godswill Mavenge on Friday last week heard this when the two teenagers, Lumukani Nyathi (19) of Mkhosana Suburb and Elijah Himuza (17) from Chinotimba high-density suburb appeared before him charged with theft.

They were not asked to plead to stealing Bradford Clive Spencer’s car which was parked at his 489 Jacaranda Crescent residency.

The state alleged that on November 21, during the day, the two accused and Itai Munkuli who is still at large, acting in common purpose hatched a plan to steal Spencer’s Toyota Fortuner.
